We confirm your order and pack everything carefully within 24 hours.
Step 5: Delivery (2-4 Days)
Your package arrives at your door via courier. You get a tracking number so you know where it is.
Step 6: Inspect & Pay
Open the package. Check that everything is correct. Then pay the courier.

Can You Deliver to My City?
Probably yes. We deliver everywhere in Pakistan. Message us on WhatsApp with your city name and we’ll confirm. If for some reason we can’t, we’ll tell you honestly.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Free on orders above Rs. 5,000. Below that, we’ll quote you shipping based on your location.
How Fast Is Delivery?
2-4 business days for most areas. Major cities like Karachi and Lahore usually get it in 2-3 days. Smaller cities might take 4 days. We’ll give you a tracking number so you can follow along.
Do I Have to Pay Upfront?
No. Cash on Delivery means you pay when the courier arrives at your door. You inspect the package first, then pay.
What If the Product Arrives Damaged?
Message us immediately on WhatsApp with photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund you. We inspect everything before packing, so this is rare, but if it happens, we fix it.
Can I Change My Order After Placing It?
Message us right away. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we might be able to change it. If it’s already with the courier, we can’t change it, but you can refuse delivery if you want.
Do You Offer Bulk Orders?
Yes. If you want to order multiple items for resale or personal use, WhatsApp us and we can discuss pricing and delivery.
Can You Deliver Outside Pakistan?
Not right now. Only within Pakistan. We’re working on international delivery, but for now it’s Pakistan only.

Cash on Delivery is our main method. We don’t take advance payments or card payments right now. You pay when your order arrives.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once dispatched, we’ll give you a tracking number. You can track it with the courier (PostEx, Leopards, etc.) to see exactly where your package is.
